Vlog: Enhance Your Relationships

Hey, all! I sincerely apologize for my lack of activity on here, recently. I am going to be posting more frequently, from now on.

Over my young life, I’ve encountered many people and observed a lot of relationships. I decided to make a vlog on a few of my thoughts. As said in the video, I’d love to hear your feedback and constructive criticism!

  1. My wife and I watched this video just now. Great points indeed Andrea. We are both survivors of two previous and horrific marriages. Our communications skills are highly developed because of these rotten marriages, we’ve never fought once in five years of marriage. Your other observations such as fighting fair and the dump-n-dash are spot on. Well done. Great post!

    • John, your words are so special to me! Failed marriages are all too common these days. I think it’s wonderful that you and your wife were able to find each other and cultivate such a healthy relationship. I really appreciate your feedback and am so glad you guys enjoyed it!

  2. Interesting and good post! Very articulate as well. I think these points can relate on a community level as well. I watched my parents give their time, talent and money for years to a faith-based community only to see little reciprocity from it’s members during their own health crisis. However they are very independent people and i think they never gave others a kind of ‘permission’ to help them. It’s a balance isn’t it. Thanks and thanks for visiting my blog.

  3. Agreed! One-sided relationships, in my experience, are best as short-lived relationships that serve a single, focused purpose.

“…fair fighting.” You’re GONNA fight, and that’s okay. How to do it fairly………. Brilliant.

The other thing I’d like to mention is quantum entanglement. Have you heard of it? It’s where two particles that are entangled behave exactly the same way, though they be close or separated by vast distances. It explains so many of the psychic connections I have to those close to me. It’s like we become quantumly entangled. It’s become so commonplace that I now look for it in relationships. Don’t know exactly why I brought that up but it seems relevant….

  4. Your insights belie a maturity far beyond your age, Andrea. It’s really refreshing to hear someone with this kind of grasp on reality and reasonability. (and it was nice to be able to put a voice with a picture). Nice post. Keep them coming. We all need to be reminded of these things now and then.
Where are you now? …and are you having a good time?
    Best to you,
    Paul

    • That is so kind of you. I am truly flattered.

My long-term journeys still have yet to commence. I’m living in Tennessee, currently. Yes, ti’s quite enjoyable here! There are mountains that are great for hiking and climbing.

      Thanks for stopping by,

      Andi
